Evening Tastings

Our Evening Tasting offers guests samples of wine, beer, and spirits from local and regional producers in Vaux. This tasting hour gives a sampling of our beverage and cocktail options, including a Oregon-focused wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails with spirits sourced from area distillers. 

Every night from 6pm-7pm.
